Meet Our Team

Allison is a Doctor of Traditional Naturopathy and is Board certified with the Holistic Council of Holistic Medicine and The National Association of Nutrition Professionals (NANP). Upon completion, she continued her education and trained in Nutrition Response Testing. Through Nutrition Response Testing, Functional Labs, and other Analysis', she looks for the underlying root cause of symptoms, including nutritional deficiencies, food sensitivities, and toxicities. Ultimately, using whole food supplements and holistic health modalities to help the body reach its optimal healing potential.  She is the owner and operator of Nutrition & Healing Center. 

Allison has suffered from hypothyroidism, skin issues, migraines, and digestive issues in the past. She began using nutrition, food, and herbs as well as other holistic health modalities to help facilitate her body's own health building potential.  

Allison is also a graduate of Edinboro University with her undergrad in Education and her Masters in Educational Leadership. Being in the education system for nearly a decade as well as a certified fitness and yoga instructor, Allison combined her two passions with EDUCATING clients on Holistic Nutrition and Traditional Naturopathy. 

Allison is married with three children (two girls and a boy). Allison believes it is her job as a parent, wife, practitioner, business owner, and instructor, to strive to be the best version of herself in physical, mental, and emotional health. In her free time, Allison likes to travel, read, try new restaurants or recipes, teach Jazzercise, and spend time with her family and friends!

Kim is a Doctor of Natural Health and a certified Functional and Nutritional Medicine Practitioner. She is also trained as a Nutrition Response Practitioner, a Perinatal Wellness Professional, and is a licensed Speech Pathologist. She developed a passion for natural health and functional medicine after suffering for years with significant gastrointestinal issues. After finding healing through holistic health and functional medicine as a patient, she then became driven to make a career change in order to help others achieve healing and wellness through the same avenues. 

Kim is a graduate of the New Eden School of Natural Health with a Doctoral in Natural Health and a concentration in Functional Medicine. She is also a graduate of the American Academy of Functional Health. She received her Masters Degree from Edinboro University in the area of Speech/ Language Pathology and obtained her Bachelors Degree in Education from Grove City College. Kim utilizes a functitional medicine approach, Nutrition Response Testing, functional labs and lab analyses, and other holistic health modalities to look for underlying causes and symptoms including food sensitivities, nutritional deficiencies, hormone imbalances, immune and environmental challenges, heavy metal and chemical toxicities, and more. She then designs comprehensive protocols to help support the client's body in beginning to heal from the inside out. Kim also specializes in fertility, pregnancy, and postpartum.

Kim is married with two children. Kim is determined to use her personal experiences and her advanced training to help others achieve their highest level of health & wellness. In her free time, Kim enjoys training at iRock Fitness, running, cooking, gardening, and all things sports!




Jasmine is our operations director here at Nutrition & Healing and makes sure you have a wonderful visit!  Jasmine will answer all your questions, review your programs and treatments with you, and keeps everyone organized and happy!

Paula is a certified Nutrition Coach from Ulan Nutritional Systems. She provides nutrition and weight-loss coaching in person and/or virtually. Paula uses a gentle approach all while keeping her clients motivated and accountable. Paula earned a Bachelor's degree in Education from the University of Dayton and a Masters degree from Edinboro University. She taught for several years before deciding to stay home and raise her children. While Paula was home raising three boys, she really started focusing on her health and wellness. When her life took an unexpected turn, she also chose to pivot and decided to start a new career path. As a certified fitness instructor since 2013, she decided to take her passion for fitness and combine it with her interest in health and nutrition. So, she went back to school for nutrition. In addition to working at Nutrition & Healing Center, Paula also works as an adjunct professor at Penn State Behrend.

Paula loves getting to know her clients and helping them on their journey towards health and wellness! Paula continues to teach her fitness classes three to five times a week!
